How to install an ISO image on a remote Linux server?

Hello community. In general, the essence is that I have a NAT VPS (for the first time) and I can not understand anything how to be here. In the panel there is no way to reinstall the OS to whatever you want, but there is a button for connecting ISO images, in which, although there is no Bubunta 18.04 I need, there is Debchik 10, which I chose. Actually the question is how to see if the image is mounted from the command line and what commands to install it instead of the current OS?
[email protected]:~# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
udev 462M 0 462M 0% /dev
tmpfs 99M 928K 98M 1% /run
/dev/sda2 11G 3.8G 6.5G 37% /
tmpfs 493M 0 493M 0 % /dev/shm
tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /run/lock
tmpfs 493M 0 493M 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
/dev/loop0 94M 94M 0 100% /snap/core/9066
/dev/loop1 89M 89M 0 100% /snap/core/7270
tmpfs 99M 0 99M 0% /run /user/0

And also the question of how to roll nginx there and generally make let's encrypt certificates work if ports 80 and 443 were most likely issued to other people, and I have ports from 2200 to 2210 at my disposal.

The panel should be able to connect via vnc, for example. Next, we mount the image in the panel, reboot the server, and already through the remote control (vnc) choose what to boot from, in our case, from iso. Then we set up the system as usual.
Well, after installation, we configure the necessary services, such as nginx.
The certificate, as far as I know, is issued only for port 443, in auto mode at least.
Advice. If you need to host something humanly - rent a cheap vps from the same hatzner. Price 2-3 euros per month, at a penny
