How to install additional gestures on a laptop touchpad?

OSX gestures are very lacking in Windows 10. Such as switching between tables with a swipe, moving back in the browser, and so on. Can I configure the touchpad under Windows for additional commands?

Usually such software comes with the manufacturer's drivers.
