How to install a template for tiketsfom tikens?

Already much hesitated to edit the publication through the frontend. Initially, I did everything on NewsPublishedon there somehow crookedly, now I did it on TiketForm, but the component is also very raw.
The essence of the problem -> the template for the ticket is not substituted.
What was done:
- Template for new tickets tickets.default_template 9 (specified in system settings),
- disabled autotemplate,
- even set template id in form settings.
- here people write that it is necessary to update, so I have the latest version of modx and tikets.
What am I doing wrong, or what is wrong with this TiketForm?
I already had to write my own snippets, but this task is very common, and I don’t want to write my own. Isn't she going to get really fed up?

What does tiketsfom have to do with the template of the ticket itself?
If you really want to set up the default ticket template, then this is done in the section settings, child elements.
