How to install a separate template for a bitrix page?

Good afternoon, there are regular content pages, there is a catalog and the page looks the same everywhere, but there are 3 pages where after the content part there are a bunch of blocks like "certificates", "our specialists", etc.
And these blocks are different on all pages, how can I add them into a template?
I only have 1 option:

в общем шаблоне делать проверку на страницу и добавлять инклудами IncludeFile нужные блоки

I thought to include it directly in the page file, but everything on the page is displayed in the content block (shares the width with the sidebar), and I need below that the plug-in blocks are displayed on the width of the entire page (it sounds somehow confusing, I agree, but I don’t know how describe)
Tell me, maybe there are other options for how to do this, without a bunch of checks on the current page?

Settings > Product settings > Sites > Site list
You can set your own template for any page.
