There is a site on wordpress, as clumsy as possible and made on Elementor, a kind of landing, it performs its function. I want to install this script. I uploaded it to the root, wrote HTML through Elementor, replaced the links, but it does not work, it shows only text.

Did you put it in header.php? Or did you make sure that you have connected a library higher than Version 2.0+?
Bring the script and css styles to where you store all this in the theme: Appearance => Theme Editor
And display the button in the Elementor like this
