After logging in with a restricted user account, run the installer as an administrator.

If the program is stupid and put in the user profile, and not as it should be put in the program filec.
Either copy the folder to the program file so that it is available to all users, if this method does not work, then just add administrator rights to the user, set them, and then remove them.
PS In windows there is no limited user, there is just a user.
