How to install a file without an interface?

There is an installation file that, during the installation, offers to check the box for some additional software. The question is: how to actually remove the entire interface, but not just hide it, but so that the installer installs what it should. I can just hide the interface, but I don’t understand how to tick the box where necessary and “Next” without the user. The installer is such that in fact it is necessary to press only 1 button in the interface and that's it.
