I'm trying to install a game server, but it turned out that the server is designed for a 32-bit system.
Could you leave some documentation on how to install a 32's OS image? Since the hosters themselves do not want to do this, and I myself have no idea how to install this on an already installed OS.

What does "intended" mean? If you need some 32-bit packages - install them. For this, it is not necessary to demolish the OS.
