How to install 2 completely independent windows?

Hello.
Interested in this question: is it possible to install 2 completely independent windows 10 on 2 different hard drives? The main one is already on the SSD. The second disk is 1TB HDD, of which 500 GB should be taken for disk D. I want to write windows 10 to ~ 150-200 GB of the second (1TB HDD) disk, but in such a way that it does not interact with the first Windows (on SSD) and with disk D of the first Windows (500 GB).
For what? On Windows 2, I plan to download unverified software, etc. I would not want viruses to somehow get on the first (main) Windows.
Thanks

did not interact in any way with the first
In addition to virtual machines (for testing without being tied to hardware), you can use disk replacement in rack (with direct access to hardware). For example:
Max 5 Duo SATA HDD Rack

According to the scheme you described, viruses will easily get in.
We need to make a virtual machine.
This or the built-in Hyper-V subsystem in Windows to enable.
Or install VirtualBox.
Then make a virtual machine, put Windows there.
And already inside them - to put experiments.
There will be such a "Windows inside Windows"
Internal Windows (not external) is just for experimentation.

I don't think you know what operating system interactions are, my June Padawan.
You don't need two independent windows, you need one inside the other. Virtual Windows inside the physical, and do what you want in it. I see hemorrhoids and anal polyps on your way, judging by your question.

In comodo antivirus there is a software launch in the sandbox without any second windows. Yes, this is already probably in many antiviruses. I can’t say for sure, since the defender built into Windows is enough for my eyes.

For such purposes, it is better to use the sandbox, and not the second Windows. Or - if there is no need to use 3D graphics - in a virtual machine
