Is it possible to insert a code/iframe from jsfiddle.net here, so that it immediately opens in the Result tab?

No. Here, a technical resource whose visitors are more interested in the code, it is quite reasonable to show the tab with the code. In addition, according to your own example, it is clear that if a tab with the result were opened by default, this could be abused.
