I have a problem, I can’t insert a bank card number into an excel, I insert the number, but for some reason the last number changes, the cell format settings are "General Format". It should be the last numbers 75 and for some reason makes 70.

If stored as a number, you cannot get more than 10 to the power of 15.
Need to store as text and apply template to cell format
