How to insert an image into a html newsletter so that it loads on outlook?

Faced with the problem that when sending an email, images on outlook are not automatically loaded. I write the newsletter in html. As I already understood, outlook simply does not accept links from sites, and you need to upload them somewhere. But here is the option that pictures can still come (Jivo) - 5cb334437515c042751319.jpeg I did not check the box to upload and did not manually upload pictures, it initially opened in a normal format. And the option of how it does not come - 5cb33404a0c5a574524693.jpeg
Also interesting about Base64, does it help?

@wisgest

Look for "multipart/related", images (in base64) are added to the email itself (similar to attachments).

No way.
Maybe some trick for novice mailers to do? Or just read up on what an email message is and why I can do whatever I want with it when I get it?
- Displaying pictures can be turned off on the client side
- Pictures can be cut by a corporate mailer
- Naked text can be torn out of the letter - and sent further as a letter
more than what is displayed.

Outlook does not show pictures by default. The fact that one letter still came with a picture, rather speaks of some kind of bug or loophole, which will soon be closed. I think the Outlook developers are not very happy with senders who try to break their rules. I won’t be surprised if in the future this will become one of the layout errors, due to which letters are poured into spam )
