Необходимо средствами js отправить POST запрос на www.freeway.by/ajax/element_list.php, в теле будут такие данные: data1:{"=PROPERTY_49":["\u0413\u043e\u043c\u0435\u043b\u044c"],"=PROPERTY_50":["51","42","47","46","49","48","43","44","40","41","45","50"],"=PROPERTY_6":["29","31","30"],"toilet_avail":"2"}.
Затем забиваешь карту на своем сайте полученными в ответе данными.
