How to insert a button with my theme?

I use the Syndey theme, but I don't understand:
1. how to add a button that is used in this theme?
2. how to set the path for it?
I looked for it in widgets, but did not find it.

Open the site -> right-click on the button -> select the element code -> copy it -> paste this code into the html editor)
