How to initialize angularjs on demand?

Those. I want to hang a click event on a button which will open an angularjs app in a modal window.
Reason: There are a lot of start animations on the page and with angularjs it's hard blunt...

Well, turn on Angular in the modal. True, then the modal will take a long time to load.
