How to inherit m140506_102106_rbac_init?

When we execute the command

php yii migrate [email protected]/rbac/migrations

then migrate/down throws an error because the migrationPath parameter needs to be specified again.
I want to inherit the m140506_102106_rbac_init class and put it in the right place - conole/migrations.
How to inherit it? Or is there another way to get around this problem?
