What is the external action class called in the second YII?

Good afternoon,
Googled on request external actions in Yii2 , controller behaviors. The first had a CAction
class that defined external actions and was included in the controller as an array of actions . Am I looking wrong, or in the second YII the concept of external actions is called something else ?!

As far as I understand, we are talking about standalone actions, then there is a base Action class for them
