A - master component. B,C,D - its instances. The master component has a button that is linked to the transition to the F frame. How can I make it so that when the button in the instance is clicked, the transition to F also fires?

Adobe XD, unlike Figma, has serious flaws in this regard. In Figma, you can create a header component, arrange menu items and link them to their respective pages - then you can simply insert this component into all frames, and each frame will have links.
Not available in Adobe XD.
