How to inflect words when searching?

Hello. There is video hosting, now we use a simple SQL search query for search. But there was a problem - the name of the video is "my cat", and the user enters "my cats" in the search, and then the result is not shown. How to make word declension through php/sql and not full match to letters (MY CAT -> MY CATS)?
