I think that this makes no sense, you have the ru domain, the region in the search engine cabinets is set to a specific
one, it seems to me that the implementation of subdomains is needed here.
If search engines indexed something on these pages, then they would be in the search, and so xs, you can add to the site map, maybe the search engines simply do not know about the existence of these pages.
