How to index reviews without pagination?
How to properly index reviews without pagination, so as not to get sanctions from Google? I display 10 reviews on the site and put the button show more to load the next 10, and there is a problem. You can make sure that all reviews are loaded into the page code and, accordingly, everything is indexed (even those that are hidden under the button). How will Google react to the fact that, say, 300 reviews will be under the spoiler. Is this a real risk of running into sanctions or is it overblown? You can also hide in different ways. I'm interested in a secure one, if one exists. Another option is to make sure that only the first 10 reviews are indexed before the show more button. But then some Vasya can come and copy all the reviews to his site. And I will remain in the cold at the end. In general, please advise what is the best thing to do so as not to be fooled later

Somehow on the project we did the loading of additional reviews using the "Show more" button. We decided in the end to do without pagination. Moreover, foreign resources do about the same. I think for Google this option is better.
As for copying all the reviews - it's generally easy, you shouldn't bother too much. Constantly steal reviews from aggregators. the point here is what other value the resource carries, besides the usual reviews.
