Можно. Есть такие службы, где за 1-3 руб. создается твит со ссылкой на страницу. Через 1-2 апа ПС часть страниц будет в индексе. Рекламировать не хочу сервисы, ищутся быстро по запросу "индексация с помощью твитера" или подобного.
