How to index one page, but keep another in the search?

Interested exclusively in Yandex search engine. Temporarily, yes, it’s not difficult to set up a 302 redirect and temporarily one page will hang in the search, and the other will display content, but this is also for the time being, until Yandex Webmaster shows that one page is a mirror of another and this whole structure collapses.
It is of interest that one is indexed on a permanent basis, and another is shown (this also applies to new pages). So is this even possible?
If yes, then at least name the ways, it's rather incomprehensible.

Cloaking is a method of deceiving search engines, in which one page content is shown to a site visitor, and another is shown to search engine robots. Punishable by a ban in the PS.
Classical cloaking is done by IP (you need to collect IP subnets of search engines). The server checks $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], and depending on it, different content is given.
But Yandex robots to check cloaking periodically go from the IP of other providers (most often - Corbin). In addition, visitors with a Yandex browser will burn cloaging (it will automatically snitch where it is needed).
The old UserAgent cloaking options have not been working for a long time, because PS bots can come with any (the link below has a cloaking option for .htaccess).
Good luck in mastering doorway technologies(IMHO - this is a waste of time).
PS: Keep in mind that there are legal ways to cloak .

Looks like cloaking. When the search engine is shown one page, and the user - another. But PS don't like that, of course.
