How to indent when scrolling in slick slider?

It is not clear how to make it so that in the slick slider after scrolling the slider it moves a little to the side so that there is no overlap of arrows on the sides and the slide itself. I can solve this problem with the help of paddings, but this border from the block hurts the eyes very much when the image moves out.
Is it possible to make the image pop out from behind the edge of the screen, and then drive a little further from the beginning of the block?
