How to increase website traffic with office flash games?

There is this site.
Everything seems to be there (flash games and reviews of mobile games), but a small part of visitors returns and low attendance in general.
What do you think is missing here and what needs to be brought "to mind" as a matter of urgency in order to gain interest in the site from the audience?

The site can only be accessed if I disable Adblock Plus in chrome. Invite visitors to whitelist your site.
