How to increase video memory in a laptop?

Notebook "HP 250 G7". In the monitor settings, it says that 4131 MB is available, 128 MB is used. When starting games in the task manager, it shows that 0.4 GB is used. There is not a single parameter associated with video memory in the BIOS, it is impossible to increase it through the registry. What to do?

No, how much the system / process needs
So much and uses
From the fact that you increase the memory allocated to gpu, games will not take off

I googled for a few minutes:
1. Go to BIOS
2. Go to Advanced > Video/Graphics settings or VGA Share Memory Size or UMA Frame Buffer Size or Share Memory

3. Select the amount of video memory
If you have the maximum amount selected, then I can’t do anything help :(
Although, what did you want from a laptop.
If you don’t play games in it, then it’s better not to change the amount of video memory, because it is in simple browsers, and Photoshop is not as much needed as operative
