How to increase the volume of a track for youtube?

The track is one of those that by default sound very quiet. Well, now, I want to add at least + 2-3 dB above zero.
BUT. I add at least +10db - I still don’t hear a change in volume in the flooded video (

That is, it turns out that YouTube resets a simple amplification / increase in sound with its “normalization”.
But the file downloaded from the YouTube control panel is no different in volume from the downloaded one. And on the computer it yells at everything +10db used the Amplify

tool in Audacity, increase the sound in the video editor - the result is the same.

Certainly normalized. Explain why, I think, is not necessary?
You can squeeze it with the help of the VST plugin L3 maximizer from Waves
