How to increase the speed of development for an indie developer?

I am engaged in my web projects plus mobile applications.
But I ran into such a problem:
there are a lot of ideas for new projects, but there is not enough time. Due to the fact that it turns out to implement a maximum of 10% of the planned projects, I get discouraged)
I'm trying to somehow organize the development - trackers, notepads, redmains, etc. But it works poorly.
I would like to understand how other developers organize the development of their projects - who works how much per day, what schedule, what project control tools you use. How often do you release new apps/projects?
