How to increase the simultaneous connection to a network folder?

I have a computer with Windows 10 Pro installed. It is necessary to share one folder to more than 20 hosts. On the command line, when you enter the net config server command, it displays "Maximum number of users 20"
For Windows 7, there is a patch that removes this restriction, but you need it under Windows 10.
I did not look for it, I did not find it.
The computer is purely for simultaneous viewing of short videos from a certain shared folder of 50 people with smartphones.

The surest option is to install the windows server revision (expensive) or (free) - linux with samba. Raising in a virtual machine will not be any particular problem.
ps you can try windows assembly of samba from cygwin, a few years ago I read about successful attempts (even solved problems with Cyrillic)
now wsl may help

When you need to share a folder with a bunch of people from a regular work computer, your problems are just beginning. For example, with a backup.
The right decision is to start a server on which this stuff will lie. If there are no specific bindings to the infrastructure from M$, it's better on Linux: it will be both more flexible and more reliable.
