And is it even worth worrying about it?

From free ones - just plug a hackintosh into a virtual machine, but it only works normally on processors from intel (and even not on all) that have hardware virtualization
From budget ones - take a used macbook air or mac mini

worth ... safari is by far the most problematic browser.
