How to increase the session time in the browser if you are not a site administrator?

Good afternoon!
I work in the browser all the time with CRM OneBox, as required by the company. But if my company wanted it that way, or the OneBox service, but the session time was 6:00 hours, and you didn’t have to constantly re-login when you left. Now the session time without actions has been reduced to 5 minutes, which creates sufficient discomfort during work. Since you need to constantly re-enter the site in order to continue working. Please tell me whether it is possible to somehow extend the session time using the browser itself, preferably without refreshing the page, if this is of course all possible, because the service itself, when updated through the same F5 or plugin, takes a long time to load.
Thanks in advance!

Now the session lives for 1 year, instead of 5 minutes from the admin settings. Checked the day, everything works without problems.

Well, you can put a plugin that would reload the page every 4 minutes of inactivity, but it's easier to contact the administrator to increase the session time (although with a 99% probability this will not be done).
