open the registry (I don't remember if there is a separate menu, I use help->find action) check bigger.font.in.project.view
and restart the storm. this is true for older versions. starting from 2019 or 2020, the interface size can be changed directly in the settings - Preferences > Appearances & Behavior > Appearance > Use custom font > Size
