How to increase the number of attachment groups in Bitrix for products?

Help me to understand.
I have 6 groups of attachments in the product catalog, by default Bitrix allows only 3 to be loaded via .csv. I set it
in Settings> Module settings> Trade catalog "Number of group levels: 6" - but nothing has changed.
