How to increase the draw distance in GTA 5?

I have long noticed in GTA 5 a strangely close border of detailed drawing of objects and shadows, but now the strip has become terribly infuriating.
Photo 1 - I drive up, for example, to a large shade from a tree. The lane starts a couple of meters away from me:

Photo 2 - I drove up, there is a clear line around me, and behind the circle - only the outlines of the shadow.

Photo 3 - The "Increased distance..." slider doesn't affect my circle, but objects much farther away. How much he did not twist - does not affect my circle. Also long shadows, their length, high resolution shadows do not affect my circle. Moreover, not only shadows are clearly visible in the circle, but also grass, particles and other objects.

You may have noticed the lack of video card memory, but again, at the lowest settings at 1.2 GB, I still catch this circle of detailed drawing. I've gone through all the settings and I don't know how to turn it off. The version is not steam, maybe it's worth downloading another repack? Comp 4770 8 RAM 1060 3 Gb. Could this problem have migrated from consoles?
