How to increase speed over time in mikrotik?

Hello. There is such a problem. It is necessary to implement in Mikrotik an increase in speed at night by 2 times.
Now it works as - billing transmits (along the radius) the microtic MT-ADDRESS-LIST (brand name) and the speed is set on it. Speeds are registered in Queue-tree.
An order has come - you need to increase some clients (who have ticked their billing account) to increase the speed at night by 2 times.
I'm sitting scratching my head - how, in principle, you can increase the speed.
We work on IPoE and on Mikrotik only speed settings. the mikrotik cloud core piece of iron itself.

As an option, I see the creation of another tree with a different speed for other package brands. And in the mangle, duplicate the rules with changed batch marks, put them above the existing ones (by address list, for example) and indicate the validity time in the rule. The subscriber pressed the button - they added it to the address list - and another batch brand begins to be applied to it, respectively, it will fall into another, faster queue.
I do not pretend to be 100% true, but IMHO it should work.
Also note that the queue tree can be transferred to Simple queues with the entire tree structure. For multi-core CPUs, this will be much more beneficial, because. in the Queue tree, the parent queue sticks to one core.
