How to increase scratch partition in ESXi 6.7?

ESXi 6.7 issued a warning:

Size of scratch partition 612b901e-a00e2e1d-bec9-ac1f6b44ee26 is too small. Recommended scratch partition size is 4532 MiB.

The partition itself is 4094MB by default.
Here is the output of df -h:
