How to increase number of values ​​in opencart option?

I understand the topic is not new, but to be honest, I did not fully understand how to solve the issue and where to prescribe what.
opencart 3.0.2.0 Added an
option in the options lists, it should contain 200+values. But more than 142 is not added. I looked at the forums and they said that add max_input_vars 1500 to the phpinfo file, but this did not bring any result.
Can someone suggest a solution?

Check phpinfo to see if settings from php.ini have been applied
Try adding php_value max_input_vars 1500 to .htaccess
