How to increase LAN speed?

Hello, I have a router from Rostelecom where 10/100mb speed and 150mb wire is written in the specifications.
There are files on the mac and I distributed them via lan over my network, an android tv set-top box is connected to the router and it is on it that I want to quickly download files from that mac network. Now the speed is 6 megabytes per second (well, I understand that there is a hundred off, I mean when it is copied, 6 mb per second is copied).
Question: how to increase this speed? buy another router? or a router?
PS an important point, wifi is disabled on the router, I distribute it from my mac, that is, the router only distributes the Internet via wires
Thank you for your advice and answers in advance!

6 megabytes per second is about 60-70 megabits, not the worst option, and apparently it’s not the network that slows down

It is enough to buy a gigabit switch (switch) for the required number of ports, plug all home equipment into it and connect it to the router
. the scheme should be router->switch->all home hardware
