How to increase job success?

Not so long ago, upwork started displaying my job success, which to my surprise (despite an average grade of 4.91)
was only 75% I started working for upwork not so long ago, but for the last month I have not been able to take a single order. 2dc8ff8f66f142958aaa9997d56ebc8a.png
What actions would you take? Make a fake order? Create a new profile? Continue looking for customers on upwork?

This shows that you failed every fourth job. One way out is to work well.

Julia, thank you, but the problem is what to do now :) It is clear that subsequent orders will increase job success, but for a long time I have not been able to take at least one order.
besides, in my niche (logo design), long-term cooperation is rare.

I also have a similar problem, I suspect that negative factors (refund and, possibly, a private response) remove more than a couple of successful projects give. However, do not forget that this indicator is updated every 2 weeks.

@AleksDesker

Job success is counted three times, for the entire term, for a year and half a year - only the best one is displayed. You apparently have all three inundated, there is only one way out - to do at least one project in the next 6 months, but to do it perfectly.

AleksDesker, Do you read what is written on the upwork next to this parameter? It is updated every two weeks.
TS, if you need to pick it up right now - I would ask someone to "order for you" and complete it quickly with a maximum score. Naturally, with the transfer of money and the loss of interest.
