How to increase fps to 120 in pycharme?

It's not very comfortable to see a picture at 60 fps, maybe there is a way to increase the number of frames at least up to 120? 60 fps hurts my eyes

put another eye on your forehead, then the first two will each receive 30 fps and the second 2 will receive another 30 each, i.e. 30+30+30+30=120fps

Very simple: buy a 120hz monitor
