How to include only checkbox and radio from Uikit in the project?

I need to change the appearance of checkboxes and radio buttons on a website.
Already connected uikit.min.js
As far as I understand, I need to connect the uikit form component and place the appropriate classes in my ".uk-form" form.
I'm picking the UiKit documentation and stupidly can't figure out how to do it.
Those. I only need a piece of Uikit - which is responsible for the appearance of checkboxes and radio. Where can I get this piece?

Use formstyler - dimox.name/jquery-form-styler very handy and lightweight component. Styles for elements can be independently prescribed for the desired design.
