How to improve the quality of stories when uploading from GoPro Hero 7 Black?

Hello!
I shoot video in 1080p/60fps/SuperView. H.264 + HEVC video compression (whatever that means), there are two modes, this one and just HEVC. Then I save the fragments in and transfer them to the iPhone, and immediately I upload these fragments to the story.
You can see the difference in the picture. In movement, of course, artifacts appear more. Tell me, please, how can I download a video of the same quality as the iPhone itself shoots? Because when you shoot a video on an iPhone camera and upload it to Instagram, the quality is perfect, and the fragments from the GoPro are compressed a little.

Instagram itself compresses the video as it suits it on top of your already compressed one.
Especially for people like you, we came up with output settings for specific platforms. They are in the program. + On the Instagram site itself there are technical requirements for the video: Codecs / bitness, etc.
And yes, insta does not support 60fps, why upload 60 there if it's still 30?
