How to improve the performance of 1c + mssql?

Friends, tell me how to improve the performance of 1s.
We have a dedicated server
2 x XEON E5-2630 2.4Ghz (8 cores each, total including HT 32 cores)
128Gb DDR4 RAM
4TB normal HDD + 512 SSD
It has ESXi 5.5
installed ESXi has 2 windows 2008 servers installed
1. 28 cores + 96 RAM + 1.5gb hdd + 512 ssd
2. everything else.
On the 1st machine there is a W2k8 server, mssql 2014, server 1c of the enterprise.
There are about 50 users on the server, 30 permanently living there
. Several typical 1s configurations are spinning on the server.
And so all this business shamelessly brakes. According to the gilev test, he scored 13.5 points.
limited server memory consumption to 45 gigabytes, 4096 threads (working processes), sql boost, scheduled tasks with cache clearing and reidnexation.
bases lie on ssd, an exchange between 1s and skul through shared memory.
What else to do? Where to dig?

Well, in the end, the problem was solved like this.
Server 1c and MSSQL were transferred to a separate virtual machine, for which
12 cores
32 GB of RAM
and an ssd disk were allocated.
Every night, mssql performs scheduled tasks, cache cleanups, backups, and more.
It spins on the UPP and ERP server approximately 25 GB each, the workflow is 5 GB, and a couple of smaller databases.
SQL Server is limited in RAM to 25GB.
It works quickly, I didn’t really check it with the Gilev test, but the main thing is that the users are satisfied))
I hope the information will be useful for someone
