How to improve data exchange between 1C and WooCommerce?

Good day!
I have several problems with data exchange between 1C and WooCommerce:

1. I set up an automatic exchange schedule, but it does not happen - why?
2. Where to find the clause in 1C 11.11.3 "Model Agreement"
