How to import the language settings of custom fields of infoblocks?

Hello, friends!
I import xml via ImportIBlockFromXML , everything would be fine, but for some reason, user fields of infoblocks are imported without names (names, headings in the list, captions), in short, without language data. Here is the current description of this property from the infoblock xml file. XML was received by standard way of infoblock export from admin panel.
Question: What fields in XML are responsible for these parameters?
