How to import swf into after effects?

Good afternoon,
Friends, please tell me - is it possible to use an animated swf movie (s) in an after effects project using timeline (adobe flash professional) tools?
Or, perhaps, there are other means of editing video with flash animation?

Swf is a software animation, there is no easy way to open it in a video editor.
But there are many converters that play the video, capture each frame and assemble the frames into a video. Even online there are conversion services, look at the request "swf to avi". True, this all does not always work perfectly, you need to pay attention to the frame rate and compression level.
If you make flash animation yourself, then Adobe Animate has a function to export to a png sequence, which can then be opened in AE or another editor.

swf imports fine into AE
Just by importing. Then you can already insert it into the layer.
