How to import product with WooCommerce subcategory via excel?

Importing products via csv to woocommerce, had no problems as long as there is a level 1 category (no subcategories). There is a category of products "Lattice-Masks", and it has two subcategories "Lattice" and "Mask". How can I access these subcategories through csv?
