How to import libraries in Android Studio?

I actually sat on IDEA, decided to feel Android, but I can’t import the json.org library, in theory the window in File > Project Structure should be like this , but I have this How to solve this trouble? And another question, is any library that is used in Java suitable for Android? After all, android is built on top of java.

Add to build.gradle
and put jar file in libs folder
