Hello! There is a json file from which the js file gets data, how to import it into Wordpress?

You just need the file locally on the server, right?
Just put it in wp-content and link from js.
If you still need import, then here are all the basic tools
Control Panel->tools->import->import tool.
You can search for something on request .json
