How to import addresses into the bat?

How to import data from a text document so that both the address and the name of each recipient are indicated in the mass mailing? I set up macros, but it doesn’t work with import - it either specifies a name and a name, or an address and an address (there is no separation-name-address), or it doesn’t import at all. How to create a document correctly, in what format for import? Write step by step. It seems like such nonsense and I worked with this program, but now I don’t remember and it doesn’t work out to set the name of the recipient for everyone.

The vcf format is described here .
You do not have to fill in all the fields, just one is enough:

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
EMAIL;TYPE=INTERNET:[email protected]
END:VCARD

As far as I remember, the record can be in one line.
If you own Excel, then you can easily make up such a file with such records (there may be many of them).
